What to bring.
- Your current insurance card
- Photo identification
- Your referral slip or the script from your doctor
- Any prescription information and a list of your current medications
- Your completed patient forms
- For CT with contrast: lab results (BUN and creatinine, or GFR) from the past 60 days if you are over 60, diabetic, or have kidney disease
In our spacious Open MRI suite you can see and talk to the staff or loved ones during the exam, listen to music, or just relax.

We treat in-network and out-of-network insurance the same.
Do I need a referral?
Yes, these services require a referral. We encourage you to contact your insurance company directly for more information.
I have Medicare, Medicaid or KidCare. What should I expect?
We accept these programs. Please bring your current enrollment card.
Will I just pay my co-pay?
Because we are an independent clinic, most insurance companies accept your co-pay rather than your deductible, which often saves patients hundreds of dollars.
What if I'm paying for myself?
If you aren't covered by insurance, we can help you understand your payment options and may be able to offer additional help. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
